No Hours.

Growth partner for SME owners

No hours.Just results.

We don't bill hours, we hit targets. We build a growth plan with you, carry it out together, and only really earn when you earn more.

No hours.

No timesheets, no billing for extra time. We deliver results together and get paid on those.

No egos.

No posturing, no being right just because you're the boss, no choices that flatter an ego but do nothing for the business. Just doing what moves the company forward.

No bullshit.

No excuses, no finger-pointing, no thick reports you have to decode yourself. Plain language, a sharp plan and sleeves rolled up.

What we do

Delivering results together with the owner.

No talking shop, no slide decks, no hours. We sit at the table with you, make decisions and carry them out. Entrepreneurship is the foundation of everything we do.

Strategy

Where do you want to go, and what is the one change that makes growth possible? Including how your organisation is set up.

Commercial

Sales and marketing: for whom, what, at what price, and how you win those customers consistently.

Finance & pricing

Monthly figures in order, sharp prices and margins, and a financial model you can steer by.

Running through every engagement:CoachingAIOperations & organisation

Our approach

Three steps, one plan that belongs to you.

Step 1

Build the growth plan

6–12 weeks
  1. Financial baseline: where you are, how you already grow
  2. Proposition: for whom, what, at what price
  3. Every growth idea: now, later or parked
  4. Business case per idea: revenue and cost
  5. Choice: no more than 8–10 projects for year 1
  6. Team and hiring plan: who, when
  7. Target for year 1, outlook for years 2 and 3
  8. Presenting the plan to your team

Outcome: one plan and one financial model, owned by you.

Step 2

Grow the business

Every contract year

Carrying out the projects together, at a steady rhythm. Foundations first: monthly figures, prices and agreements in order before we step on the gas.

Every quarter we review and update the growth plan: what works, what stops, what gets added.

Step 3

Share the growth

After each year

Raising a glass to the result, sharing the growth and setting the target for the next year.

Go / no-go

After the growth plan, you decide whether we continue. The plan is yours, even if you carry it out on your own. Until that decision, you only pay the project fee.

Working together

What you get from us, and what we ask of you.

Every2 weeks

Half a day at your table: working on the projects, making the calls.

Everymonth

Figures and progress on the table: are we on track?

Everyquarter

Review and update of the growth plan.

Available in between. No hours, no extra charges: we do what it takes to get the result.

From you

  • Monthly figures in order and shared
  • Time set aside for the growth plan
  • Making decisions and carrying them out
  • Openness about what works and what doesn't

Pricing

What you pay, and when.

Three parts, the same for every client. Growth you would have achieved on your own doesn't count.

1 · Build the growth planProject fee

A one-off fee for building the growth plan together, including delivery and a presentation to your team. You pay no monthly fee while we build the plan.

2 · Grow the businessFixed fee

A fixed monthly amount, set to the size of your business. Open-ended, with three months' notice.

3 · Share the growth20% success fee

On every euro of extra profit (normalised EBITDA) above the baseline. No extra profit, no success fee.

Work it out yourself

Normalised EBITDA

Over the last three financial years. Negative growth counts as 0%.

Normalised EBITDA over the contract year

Baseline: profit × (1 + own growth)–
Extra profit above the baseline–

Each year's growth counts for three years, at half the rate each year. This is what you pay on the growth from year 1, as long as it holds:

Year 1–20%
Year 2–10%
Year 3–5%
What you keep from this growth over three years–

New growth in years 2 and 3 starts again at 20%. You pay the success fee once the annual figures are final, in twelve monthly instalments the following year. So in the first year you only pay the fixed fee. Amounts excl. VAT, example for illustration.

Who it's for

For owners who want to grow, and are willing to go for it.

We work with small and medium-sized businesses. Being entrepreneurial is a must; having been an entrepreneur is not.

A good fit

  • A business at least three years old
  • An owner-director at the helm who makes the decisions
  • A concrete growth ambition: revenue, profit or team
  • Willing to share figures and make time

Not a fit

  • Corporates and organisations without an owner at the table
  • A report to file away in a drawer
  • Hourly advice, on call
  • Growth without the will to change things yourself

Frequently asked questions

Good to know.

Why no hours?

Hours reward time, not results. We want to sit on the same side of the table: we only really earn when you earn more. That's why we charge on extra profit, not on time.

How do you set the baseline?

The baseline is your normalised EBITDA over the last twelve months, increased by your own average annual growth over the last three financial years. We fix that growth rate once, at the start. Growth you would have achieved on your own doesn't count.

What does normalised mean?

We take out one-off items and private expenses, and include a market-rate salary for you as the owner as a cost. Acquisitions and sales of business units don't count. That way we measure the real growth of the business.

What if the target isn't met?

The annual target is an ambition. The success fee applies to everything above the baseline, even if the target isn't fully met. If profit stays below the baseline, the success fee is zero.

Am I tied to a long contract?

No. After the growth plan, you decide whether we continue. From then on the engagement is open-ended, with three months' notice.

Is the project fee deducted from the fixed fee?

No, the growth plan is a stand-alone product. The plan and the financial model are yours, even if you carry on by yourself.

Let's talk

Ready to grow?

In a first conversation we get to know each other and your business, and go through your figures. At the end you'll have a concrete proposal.
