Visiting the website

Contacting us

If you email us, we process your name, email address and the content of your message, plus your phone number and company details if you include them. We only use this data to answer your question and, if you wish, to make a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your message, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), which acts as our processor.

How long we keep data

We keep contact details and correspondence for up to two years after our last contact. If it leads to an engagement, we keep administrative records for as long as the law requires; for tax records in the Netherlands this is seven years.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data and only share it with the processors listed above, or where the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Send your request to willem@nohours.com; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
